ORDERS AND SHIPPING
All orders placed on a business day will be shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders will not be shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
The order will be shipped via standard shipping; Please note that shipping costs and delivery days vary depending on your country of residence.
- Italy: 2-3 working days
- EU countries: 3-5 business days
- Rest of the world: 5-7 working days.
Shipments will be made by DHL, except for Italy, where the selected carrier will be GLS.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when your order has been shipped.
Any additional duties and taxes imposed by customs on international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
The customer assumes full responsibility for all postage, return shipping costs, customs fees and handling charges in case you refuse to accept a package due to import duties or taxes.
Please note that we cannot undervalue orders or mark them as gifts.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destinations' customs clearance procedures.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation.
Once your order has been collected from our warehouse and scanned by the courier, your tracking link will become active.
If the shipment of the order has exceeded the time foreseen at the time of payment, we advise you to wait another 5 working days before contacting us. Some destinations are still experiencing delays due to COVID-19.

Our warehouse aims to process and ship orders as soon as possible, so it's not always possible to change the shipping address.
However, if your order has not been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible with the correct address and we will do our best to change the address. We cannot guarantee that the address will be changed.
If your order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes to the shipping address until it arrives at our warehouse. Your order will be returned to us after one delivery attempt; at this point we can arrange the reshipment to the correct address.
In case of an error, you may need to pay an additional shipping cost to receive your order again.
Please allow at least 24 hours after shipment for the tracking link to become active with the carrier.
In most cases, the tracking link will only be active online after the package has been scanned for the first time. You may have already received your shipping notification, but your package may still be in the warehouse waiting to be picked up. Once picked up, you will begin to see the journey of your order.

Under the European legislation on online sales, you have the right to cancel your order and get a full refund. This is only possible if the order is still being processed and has not been shipped.
All order cancellations must be sent by email quoting your name and order number. In this way we will be able to cancel the order and refund it. However, if the order has been shipped, you must return it at your own expense.
If we are able to refund your order in time, please allow up to 5 working days for the funds to return to your account.
We try to despatch your orders as fast as possible at our warehouse which means that once an order has been placed it is extremely rare that we can catch it quick enough to change it!
This means we cannot remove items, exchange items, add items or combine orders.
All pre-order items will be shipped on the dates indicated on the single product page at the time of purchase. Payments for pre-orders will be made at the time of ordering, just as if it were a regular order. If you would like a refund or exchange before your order has been shipped, please email shop@specialmrmartini.com . If you have placed an order that includes both pre-order items and products currently in stock, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order items become available again. If you would like to ship in-stock items separately from pre-order items, please contact hello@pand.co. Please note that separate shipping will incur additional costs.
In all cases, the 30 day return policy begins when you receive the goods.

From time to time we offer discount codes or promotions, which may be communicated through our email newsletters or on our various social media accounts.
Only one discount code can be used per order and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Once the order has been placed, it is not possible to add other items to it, therefore it is necessary to verify that the conditions of the promotion have been respected before proceeding with the purchase.
Automatic discounts
When a promotional offer is automatically applied at checkout, customers must meet all conditions of the promotion for the discount to apply. For example, in the case of an offer where buy 2 shirts get 1 free, customers must add all 3 shirts to their cart for the automatic discount to apply and the cost of 1 shirt to be eliminated.
Discount codes
In the event that a promotional offer requires the entry of a manual discount code (which will be provided on the website or in marketing material), customers are required to enter this code at checkout to be eligible for the promotion. question.
Free product offers
Where we offer a free product, the item must be added to your cart before checkout. Promotional offers cannot be honored retroactively if customers fail to comply with the terms of a promotion or fail to apply manual discount codes at checkout.
Additional Information
Orders placed outside the promotional period, either before or after the offer goes into effect, will not be eligible for retroactive discounts based on the promotion in question.

Return of promotional offers
All products in an offer (e.g. buy 2 T-Shirts, get 1 free) must be returned together to be eligible for a full refund.
If only part of the offer order is returned, the refund will be calculated accordingly.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorization checks by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card does not authorize payment for any reason, you will be notified immediately at the cash desk. A common reason for declined orders is entering the billing address incorrectly. Make sure that the address to which account statements are sent is entered in the "billing address" section.
If there is a problem with your card, please contact your credit institution for further investigation.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We have a 30 day returns policy which means you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.
In order to be returned, the item must be in the same condition as received, not worn or used, with tags and in the original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be made automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers or plants), customized products (such as special order or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
